Dancing with the Local Stars – September 11th starting at 6:00PM (doors open at 5:00PM), held at
Pearson Air Museum [1115 E 5th St, Vancouver, Wa.]. This is a fundraiser for the Fort Vancouver
National Trust. Come see our own CMAC Chairman Larry Smith, Susan Cox, Carol Curtis, Lisa Dow, K.C. Fuller,
Nelson Holmberg, and the Arthur Murray Dancers. There will be Ballroom Lessons, a Star Dance Competition,
Dance Exhibitions, Open Dancing, and a Mystery Performance. Must be 21 or over, Dinner will be a no-host
bar, $40 per person, $500 for a reserved table of 8 people, and $1,000 for a corporate table sponsor with benefits.

The Wall”- American Veterans Traveling Tribute “The Wall” will be available for viewing August 4-8 2010, in La Center,
Washington. The site will be on Hallowed Ground. It will be a place for healing and reflection to those Veterans

POW/MIA Ceremony – September 17 starting
at 1:30 AM to 3:00 PM, held at the Vancouver VA Medical Center by the Vietnam Memorial Garden. CMAC will be partnering
with this ceremony. It will be expanded to have more Guest Speakers, Music, Singers, an Honor Guard, Color Guards, Patriot
Guards, Youth involvement, Oregon Military Vehicles, and a bigger Reception.

Veteran Standdown –
September 20 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM held at the Vancouver Elks Lodge (11605 SE McGillivroy Blvd.). For information
contact Karla Bean 360-696-2326 or Jeri Flowers 360-993-1924. Transportation will be provided from VA Medical Campus
Bldg. All Veterans and their families are invited. Services provided at the Standdown will be: Hot meals,
Showers, Haircuts, Hygiene Items, Clothing, Bedding, Health Screening, Dental Screening, Diabetes Testing, Flu Shots, Veterans
Benefits, VA Claims, VA Health Care Registration, Employment Service, Community Resources, Housing Assistance, and Counseling.

PT 658 Boat will be docked by the Amphitheater by The Quay for tours. -Fort Vancouver Pipe Band- will be playing September 11th at the Kelso Scottish
Festival and September 17th at the Astoria Regatta Parade. -Vancouver Community Concert Band – announced the following dates and events: Aug. 4 Uptown
