After consulting with and receiving confirmation from the Cheminot, a Promenade has been scheduled for the 4th of August at 6 PM at the Chateau. The sole purpose is to ratify the minutes of the June Promenade, June Cheminot and the July Cheminot. By ratifying these minutes, we will be able to proceed with the flagpole project and a number of other ventures which would have had to wait until September to begin.
