To All Voyageurs:

This is the Official Call to the “Oregon Winter Grande Cheminot”to be held in Lebanon, Saturday January 27th, 2024.Your Hosts are Voiture & Cabane #891, along with A.L. Post & Aux. 51. Registration Form & Hotel info. attached.

Friday evening January 26th there will be dinner & Sunday morning January 28th there will be breakfast, at the post if interested.

Host Voiture 891’s Child Welfare Project is the Boys & Girls Club.Monetary donations should go through your Cabanes & Cabane checks should be made payable to Voiture #891& note in the memo area. Send to V891 Ray Johnson, 37286 Meredith Dr., Lebanon, OR 97355. Since money is out of Cabane funds, place under “donated” on your Cabane reports.You will list this on your next quarterly report for Jan.-March under Child Welfare.

Besides our normal 50/50 Grande Raffle we are also having a “Grab Bag Raffle” to go towards the Youth Sports Program. Dames, please bring Grab Bags filled with goodies priced anywhere from $3 and beyond!

They will be $3.00 each bag,or 2 bags for $5.00, or 4 bags for $10.00.

So please help by purchasing tickets.

There will be door prizes at the Cheminot too, so bring some cash to donate. Registration fee is $15.00.
