Chef Jon wanted to share the menu for Tuesday evening:
German Roasted pork loin with sweet and sour cabbage with chantrelle mushroom sauce and au gratin potatoes. Dessert pudding parfait with oreo crumbles.
This is an important meeting as Midwest Trust representatives will be discussing fundraising and grant availability so we can be the best stewards with our assets.
Dinner at 5pm, Presentation at 6pm with our Cheminot to follow.
