We meet at 6:00 p.m., Rendezvous is held in the BoxCar Room and Cheminot in the Chateau. If you would like dinner before Rendezvous or Cheminot, remember to sign up in advance, this helps the kitchen plan for the number of meals to be served and reduces food waste. The Chateau is open Friday morning for breakfast and Saturday for lunch.

Meetings at 6:00 pm

Face coverings will be required while in the Chateau (Boxcar included). Face coverings are not required while eating or drinking. They will be required while moving around the Chateau or engaged in conversation while either sitting or standing.

The maximum seating at either 6’ round, or 8’ rectangular tables is 4 persons. Chairs will not be moved from table to table.

While in the Chateau or on Voiture 99 property, social distancing of at least 6’ is required.
