Voiture 99 Promenade/ Cabane 99 Rendezvous

I hope that everyone had an enjoyable holiday season with friends and family. While the weather is still cold, rain should be coming in and with-it warmer temperatures.
Monday, January 3rd is our Promenade. Of special note will be our guest speaker, Mr. Greg Kimsey, our Clark County Auditor. He will be at the Chateau in person to enlighten us about the duties and responsibilities of the Auditor and provide some insight into the elections and voting process. It should prove to be a very interesting talk and I hope it will dispel some misconceptions about the security of our democratic elections process. I’m sure that there are other questions you would like to ask and time permitting, I’m sure that Mr. Kimsey will address them.

Meetings at 6:00 pm
Face coverings will be required while in the Chateau (Boxcar included). Face coverings are not required while eating or drinking. They will
be required while moving around the Chateau or engaged in conversation while either sitting or standing.
The maximum seating at either 6’ round, or 8’ rectangular tables is 4 persons. Chairs will not be moved from table to table.
While in the Chateau or on Voiture 99 property, social distancing of at least 6’ is required.
